According to observations there are many people who wish to learn specifics of farming. Village boards in Ton raion are being widely informed on Vocational Education courses in Rural Areas. These activities are also supported by local state authorities. For example, decision of the raion administration to allocate 500 thousand soms for providing resource base for courses proves its interest in rural young people to acquire farming speciality. It is obvious that farmers who possess appropriate knowledge and skills create conditions for improving living standards in rural areas.
